Kate gets a Glamour Session!

There is a neat little motel on M66, not in operation anymore, but it always reminds me of something you would see while traveling along Route 66.  I drive by it often always thinking..."man I would love to do a photoshoot with someone in front of this little motel". Well, finally, I did. Meet Kate.......

Kate , to me, was the perfect model for this project. She is tall, gorgeous, and in a way, I think Kate had the whole Rita Hayworth attitude going on!!

Thanks to Tina Conner-Wellman, at the Ionia Chamber of Commerce, we were able to obtain an awesome car for the shoot, via Tina's son. The motel manager who lives behind the motel, was more than welcoming of our idea, and while she hobbled about on her cane, watching the action, she spouted off stories of the history of this cool little establishment. Earlier this same week, I met an antique store owner in a different town, who mentioned this motel as it was where she spent her honeymoon 50 years earlier!!

We visited a few more venues with Kate our model, different dress, different look!

Kate rocked this blue fancy dress OUT. Compliments of Becker's Bridal in Fowler, Michigan...twas the perfect dress for her!

Kate was amazing despite the cold temps and snow. We both just needed a warm blanket and some soup afterwards!!!!
